Already used in bag chargers, dye-sensitised solar cells (DSSCs) have the potential for integration with consumer electronics.
In the longer-term, DSSCs could also transform the construction industry by functionalising windows, façades, roof steel and other components with power generating capability.
Dye-Sensitised Solar Cells: Technologies, Applications and Commercialisation, an upcoming webinar from +Plastic Electronics and IntertechPira, will discuss the importance of DSSC technology as one of several emerging, third generation PV technologies and applications, markets and products for the technology.
The webinar will be given by Dr Gavin Tulloch, MD of Dyesol Global.
The company is developing and advancing DSSC technology from prototype stage to full commercialisation, supplying DSSC products to customers around the world, and partnering with corporations with the capacity to develop large markets for next generation solar products, incorporating Dyesol materials and technology.
The webinar is a must-attend for:
+ High-tech industry with the capability to develop large markets for next generation solar products
