German chemical firm Merck has announced it will produce organic semiconductors for displays with Plastic Logic, the developer of the Que e-reader.
The press release states that organic semiconductors will be produced, tested and commercialised to be ready for the market by 2011.
Plastic Logic's shipment of pre-ordered Que devices, expected earlier in 2010, was recently delayed, as CNET reports.
