+Plastic Electronics magazine will be featuring a number of speakers from the upcoming NanoMaterials 2010 event in its next issue.
The conference is being held from 8-10 June at the Hotel Russell in London, and will feature speakers from major organisations in the industry, including Cambridge Display Technology, Intel and the UK Technology Strategy Board.
Volume 3, issue 1 of +Plastic Electronics magazine will be a special issue focusing on nanomaterials and their role in the growth of printed electronics, and companies showcasing the latest developments in these fields will also be speaking exclusively to +Plastic Electronics about their commercialisation plans.
Features
The next issue will include interviews with nanomaterials supplier Bayer MaterialScience and Intrinsiq, a company producing nanoink for RFID and smart packaging, as well as other developers of nanotechnologies for printed electronics.
The companies will be speaking at NanoMaterials 2010, an annual conference looking at the commercial applications of nanomaterials and hosted by NanoCentral.
The conference includes streams on printed and nano-electronics; nanocomposites and nanoplastics; coatings, inks and pigments; and clean technology. There will be pre-conference workshops on nanotechnology and food packaging; nanomaterial safety, health and environment regulation; and nanomaterial characterisation and metrology.
As part of the agenda for the event, +Plastic Electronics will be selecting case study speakers as part of a showcase of nanotechnology innovations for each of the conference streams. Presentations will be given by the chosen organisations on the first day of the conference.
