Technology companies LG and Samsung are planning to display new 55-inch OLED televisions at the upcoming Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas, US.
The companies are looking to commercialise the products later in 2012. The displays will be the biggest OLED televisions on the market: the current largest being Samsung's 40-inch device, reports the Korea Herald.
LG announced earlier in 2011 that it was investigating and preparing for the production of such screens, which it expects to initially sell in limited volume.
