Sony has officially announced the release of its 25-inch OLED displays for professional users.
The consumer electronics firm will deliver its 25-inch televisions in April, and will follow up with 17-inch screens in June, according to a company press release. The devices will cost around $26,000 (€19,200) and $15,700 respectively.
The launch of professional monitors - for television and film production, for instance - follows the 2007 release of the XEL-1, the first OLED television.
