NanoPhotonica, a developer of quantum dot alternatives to OLED displays, is working with display manufacturers on commercial versions of its QLED devices.
The company has already worked with laboratories to establish the performance of its QLED devices, and is now preparing for mass-production, according to a company press release.
QD Vision, another producer of quantum dots for displays and lighting, recently announced partnerships with LG and Solvay.
