Samsung Mobile Display will is to switch on its generation 5.5 OLED manufacturing lines two months ahead of schedule, as it prepares for completion of its new production facility.
According to a report by Korea's ET News, the lines are the first of their kind, and allow Samsung to tackle the supply shortage of OLED panels used in displays, especially within mobiles.
