Organic photovoltaic (OPV) module maker Heliatek is installing new equipment as it scales up its production lines.
The German solar firm will install two SolarInspect roll-to-roll metrology systems from supplier Dr Schenk, according to an Electro IQ report.
Heliatek is building roll-to-roll production facilities that allow it to produce highly flexible OPV more cost-effectively. Products will be aimed at the building integration, industrial roofing and the automotive markets.
