German car manufacturer Audi has become one of the latest to experiment with OLED lighting in its concept vehicles.
The company has released a new video, showing three OLED based designs, including one which replaces a car's conventional rear lighting and indicators with OLED panels. The company has already announced a roadmap for OLED lighting introduction, saying the rear lighting will be replaced in the near future, reports the website OLED-Info.
Audi is also looking at replacing brake lights with OLED panels; however these need to be brighter lights, so will need further development.
