A new report by Lux Research has chosen the three top companies for partnerships in printed, organic and flexible electronics.
The report, Finding the Winning and Losing Companies in Printed, Flexible, and Organic Electronics, uses Lux's innovation grid, with companies placed according to their technical value and business execution. The consultancy found that E-Ink, with its near 100% share in the electrophoretic market; Cypak, which is dominant in smart packaging; and Cambrios, which leads the touchscreen sector are the companies to watch as each market expands, according to a release on MarketWatch.
The report also highlights the technical and business challenges faced by those who deal with organic photovoltaics and printed batteries, with no companies from these markets appearing as dominant in the industry.
